✈️ Arrival & Departure Information:
The tour starts at 10:00 AM on the first day and ends at 6:00 PM on the last day.
📍We provide airport pick-up and drop-off in Tbilisi.
➡️ Please ensure your flight arrives in Tbilisi before 10:00 AM on the first day of the tour.
➡️ For your return, book a flight departing after 6:00 PM on the last day. (You’ll need to be at the airport at least 2 hours before departure, and the drive from Tbilisi city center to the airport takes approximately 40 minutes)
✅ We recommend arriving in Tbilisi at least one day before the tour begins, if possible, to ensure a smooth start.

How to Book:
You can book your tour easily via our website by filling out the “START PLANNING” section, or you can contact us by email.
Payment Methods:
Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer.
Payment Schedule:
To secure your spot, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to make all necessary arrangements for your trip. The remaining 70% balance is due at the start of the tour.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you cancel at least one week before the tour start date, we will provide a full refund (100%) of the tour cost.
Cancellations made less than one week before the tour start date are non-refundable.
